The Management has issued and makes available to customers, suppliers, the public, public bodies, interested parties and all internal staff (via internal emails, external emails, publication on its company website) the following Quality policy, the Environment, Health and Safety of workers, social ethics, undertaking to ensure that it is adequate and proportionate to the nature and impact of its activities.
Esys specializes in:
Design, construction and installation of electrical-electronic equipment for the telecommunications and energy sectors and related software. Design and installation of technological systems (electrical and energy saving).
Design, construction and assembly of electrical switchboards. Provision of engineering and architectural services: design, construction management, testing, safety coordination and energy audits and diagnoses. Design and provision of business consultancy services on management systems and organizational models.
Design and delivery of training courses.
Management undertakes to make the necessary resources available for all management, implementation, verification and continuous improvement activities of environmental performance and more generally of its Integrated Management System (quality, environment, safety and ethics) and consequently of its own processes production and commercial, assistance and service. Furthermore, the Management undertakes to involve and train its employees in achieving the set objectives and to make available the resources necessary to establish clear and open communications inside and outside the company.
Through the adoption of the UNI EN ISO 9001, UNI EN ISO 14001, UNI ISO 45001 and SA 8000 standards, Esys wants to guarantee its customers the ability to satisfy all their explicit and implicit needs; it also wants to guarantee to the public, to which this policy is made available, its commitment to respect and compliance with current laws, applicable current regulations, good practices by referring to company ethical principles, commitments to quality, environmental protection, for the health and safety of its employees and respect for ethical and social principles.
Esys personnel, suitably educated, informed and trained, are fully involved in the achievement of the objectives of the quality management system, environmental improvement, worker health and safety and compliance with ethical principles and are aware of the importance represented by carrying out one’s work correctly, systematically, planned, with maximum efficiency and in compliance with environmental and safety issues, in compliance with ethical principles and the applicable binding regulations.
With regard to the Environmental Aspects, the Management has decided to proceed with the identification and measurement of the qualitative characteristics and environmental impact of the production process, the product and the service offered and periodically verify the results obtained with respect to the pre-set objectives, which are defined, timed, checked and updated for their progressive improvement.
The Management also communicates externally information regarding its significant environmental aspects through the publication of the Periodic Environmental Analysis on the company website.
With regard to the aspects of Health and Safety in the Workplace, the Management has decided to proceed with the identification and measurement of the risks of injury and dangers and the related impacts and to periodically check the results obtained with respect to the set objectives, which are defined, timed, controlled and updated for their progressive improvement.
The Management also undertakes to evaluate the interference risks of its service suppliers and to demand from the clients, if installation activities are envisaged, the delivery of the Single Document for Risk Assessment.
With regard to compliance with Ethical/Social principles, by virtue of the economic and social context in which it operates, the company recognizes the high value of the social dimension and the responsibilities that ensue within it and in its daily operations. Management is aware of the importance of correct and transparent management of its “human assets”, suppliers, employees and all external collaborators of the company, in order to respect the principles of Social Responsibility established in the SA8000 standard and in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001.
The Management also communicates information regarding the ethical and social principles externally through the disclosure of its Code of Ethics, the Social Report and the Organisation, Management and Control Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, undertaking to:
• Do not use child labor or forced labour;
• Comply with current national legislation, international conventions and recommendations, including the resolutions of international bodies such as the ILO – International Labor Organization and the United Nations – United Nations Organization;
• Respect the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining;
• Combat all forms of discrimination and unequal treatment (in recruitment, salaries, access to training, career promotions) based on issues of race, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual preferences, belonging to trade unions, political affiliation;
• Condemn all illegal conduct likely to conflict with dignity or physical and/or moral integrity;
• Completely and impartially apply the national collective labor agreement to all employees, paying the established salary on time and paying all the related social security, welfare and insurance contributions;
• Guarantee the protection of maternity and paternity, as well as disadvantaged people;
• Promote and improve the conditions of safety and physical and mental well-being of its collaborators with both preventive and corrective actions;
• Involving all suppliers of goods, activities and services and their commitment to social responsibility by complying with all the requirements of the reference standard;
• Develop and extend information, communication, education and training processes and promote dialogue with interested parties, to ensure efficient and effective application of the company integrated system.
In particular, the objectives to be achieved in the three-year period, 2022-2024, must concern:
Management, Organization and Management:
a) Improve and optimize the performance of individual processes and management of the organization identifying indicators of effectiveness and efficiency for improving performance and ensuring their monitoring;
b) Identify and manage any new company processes by determining for each, input and output elements and related indicators; verify that they are managed in compliance with legal requirements and current regulations;
c) Monitor and analyze the quality provided and perceived in order to identify areas for improvement
Research and Development (R&D):
d) Enhance the development and innovation capacity of the product/process also in synergy with other companies/customers and research institutions;
e) Increase its patent assets to promote the industrial exploitation of research results;
External and internal stakeholders:
f) Improve the organization’s performance to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of the interested parties (minimization of complaint response times and production times, management of non-conformities, improvement of the supplier base);
g) Acquire all of the customer’s needs and expectations for the products, their delivery, price, reliability, (through interviews and questionnaires); communicate these needs and expectations to the whole organization; measure customer satisfaction and act accordingly;
h) Continuously improve the good level of training and information of its personnel employees, also increasing everyone’s involvement in order to achieve high levels of professionalism, quality of services, pursuing the growth of awareness and sense of responsibility of the whole agency;
Marketing:
i) Strengthen the company image by keeping the company website constantly updated;
j) Review and keep manuals, brochures and leaflets constantly updated, to communicate not only the technical aspects of the products/services but above all the ability to propose alternative and technologically advanced solutions;
Commercial:
k) Continue to invest in business professionalism with targeted use of the policy of
valorisation of products/services;
l) Strengthen and if possible redefine the relationship with qualified partners;
Environmental aspects and impacts:
m) Pursue the prevention of pollution and monitor all sources of pollution by having a preventive approach to environmental challenges, possibly maintaining the biodiversity of the reference ecosystems;
n) Promote constant improvements in environmental efficiency through programs, evaluated systematically and objectively, relating to energy consumption, waste production and management, water consumption and the consumption of natural resources in order to reduce waste and rational use of resources;
o) Ensure that the values of polluting emissions from the welding process comply with the acceptability limits in force for air quality by means of analytical determinations, also avoiding accidental emissions;
p) Constantly monitor, through the tools implemented by the company, the environmental aspects and impacts generated by the company’s activities through the performance indicators determined capable of providing effective performance and trend signals;
Product related issues:
Eco-design:
q) Promote initiatives for greater environmental responsibility by encouraging the research and development of environmentally friendly processes for the production of electricity in order to disseminate products/services that do not harm the environment;
Product and service providers:
r) Monitor suppliers of products and services with regard to environmental protection through an appropriate prequalification questionnaire;
External and internal stakeholders:
s) Sensitize customers/suppliers to an effective use of the products/services provided;
t) Continuously improve the good level of training and information of its personnel employees, also increasing their involvement by promoting among them a sense of responsibility towards the environment, encouraging new ideas and improvement proposals for continuous improvement;

u) Increase the levels of safety, health, ergonomics and psycho-physical well-being of workers, visitors and all interested parties through the organization of work aimed at the purpose and the making available of economic, human and sufficient and adequate technologies through the drafting of the job description;

gg) Constantly monitor the principles described in the Organisation, Management and Control Model suitable for preventing the crimes referred to in Legislative Decree 231/2001 and subsequent amendments

hh) Use periodic assessments to identify areas for potential improvement (scheduled and unscheduled audits, operational controls);
