The Management has issued and makes available to customers, suppliers, the public, public bodies, interested parties and all internal staff (via internal emails, external emails, publication on its company website) the following quality policy, the environment, the health and safety of workers and social ethics, striving to ensure that it is adequate and proportionate to the nature and impact of its activities. Esys Srl specializes in:

Design, production and installation of electronic remote monitoring and remote control systems, of data transmission network systems, of electrical energy supply systems through the component assembly, welding and testing phases to specification.

Design, construction and installation of technological systems (electrical, thermal-conditioning and energy saving), electrical panels and application software.

The Management undertakes to make available the necessary resources for all activities of management, implementation, verification and continuous improvement of environmental performance and more generally of its Integrated Management System (quality, environment, safety and ethics) and consequently of its processes production and sales, assistance and service. Furthermore, the Management undertakes to involve and train its employees to achieve the set objectives and to make the necessary resources available to establish clear and open communications within and outside the company.

Through the adoption of the UNI EN ISO 9001, UNI EN ISO 14001, UNI EN ISO 45001 and SA 8000 standards, ESYS wants to guarantee its customers the ability to meet all their explicit and implicit needs; it also wants to guarantee to the public, to whom this policy will be made available, its commitment to respect and comply with current laws, applicable regulations in force, good practices with reference to corporate ethical principles, commitments for quality, environmental protection, for the health and safety of its employees and compliance with ethical and social principles.

ESYS personnel, properly trained, informed and trained, are fully involved in achieving the objectives of the management system for quality, environmental improvement, occupational health and safety and compliance with ethical principles and is aware of the importance represented from carrying out one’s work in a correct, systematic, planned manner, with maximum efficiency and in compliance with environmental and safety issues, in compliance with ethical principles and applicable mandatory regulations.

With regard to the Environmental Aspects, the Management has decided to proceed with the identification and measurement of the qualitative characteristics and environmental impact of the production process, the product and the service offered and to periodically verify the results obtained with respect to the set objectives, which are defined, timed , checked and updated for their progressive improvement. The Management also communicates externally information about its significant environmental aspects through the publication of the Periodic Environmental Analysis on the company website.

With regard to the aspects of Health and Safety in the Workplace, the Management has decided to proceed with the identification and measurement of the risks of injury and dangers and the related impacts and to periodically verify the results obtained with respect to the pre-established objectives, which are defined, timed, controlled and updated for their progressive improvement. The Management also undertakes to assess the interference risks of its service providers and to require the customers, if installation activities are planned, to deliver the Single Document for the Assessment of Risks.

With regard to compliance with the Ethical / Social principles, by virtue of the economic and social context in which it operates, the company recognizes the high value of the social dimension and the resulting responsibilities internally and in its daily work. The Management is aware of the importance, correct and transparent management of its “human assets”, suppliers, employees and all collaborators external to the company, in order to comply with the principles of Social Responsibility established in the SA8000 standard and in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001. The Management also communicates information on social ethical principles externally through the disclosure of its Code of Ethics, the Social Report and the Organization, Management and Control Model in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001.

social responsibility and the results achieved. The Management undertakes to implement and keep this policy active, assisted by all the figures
